But what I like most about the sermon is there's a subcontext involved that was happening during this time in the community.
There was an investigation of a large percentage of the student base. I was one of those and was fired as a single parent, fired from my job, and removed of all leadership with no warning.
I can't help but think of how this institution had the same anxious thoughts as those in the field, but did not take Jesus as advice, pulled everything up.
